About Us
Finding Inspiration at Every Turn
We are much more than just a book signing events company. We are an author-run organization dedicated to finding high-quality venues throughout Connecticut. We are committed to not charging author members to participate in book signing events. We continue to search for innovative and original ways for our members to sell their creative works. Additionally, we strive to contract with others to offer author-members exceptional opportunities to increase the sales of their books and further their careers. We are also committed to helping those who dream of becoming published authors through our associate membership program.
Our Story
Andrea and Luca met at a book signing event in 2021. They began discussing how authors go about obtaining book signings. They both concluded that authors go about it pretty much as solo practitioners. Their conversations continued, and soon, they began to see the strength behind the numbers. Connecticut Book Festivals was born in May of 2024 out of the necessity of bringing authors together for a unifying strength. With this idea in hand, they began to book high-quality venues. They didn’t realize how fast and how well their concept would be received. Connecticut Book Festivals is constantly adding new authors and expanding its reach. Andrea and Luca are determined to put authors first and further those authors' careers with every page they turn for Connecticut Book Festivals.
